Our vision, purpose and values

01

Vision

Our vision is to be the first-choice brands in the communities we serve.

02

PURPOSE

Our purpose is to provide expert leadership and support to retailers to enable them to run sustainably profitable and professional businesses.

03

VALUES

Our values and culture underpin all that we do.

As we work according to a decentralised business model, relative autonomy is granted to operating divisions and thereby to the people who work in them. This model can only be successful if all employees understand the values, ethos and policies of the group, and work within these parameters.

We are committed to our values of demonstrating passion, living our family values, and encouraging entrepreneurship in our leadership as well as through our relationships with our independent retailers. Our values form the foundation of our decision-making and strategy execution and therefore form an integral part of our performance management process.

We are a family of entrepreneurs driven by passion.
